Payment and cancellation

Payment

• A deposit of 30% of the price when you book — the seats are yours once it is paid.
• The balance — up to 14 days before departure. If you book later, you pay the full amount at once.
• By bank transfer (with the contract number as the reference), in cash or by card at the office.

If you cancel

You can cancel at any time by letter or at the office. How much of what you paid is withheld depends on how many days before departure you cancel — the amounts are in each trip’s contract. Trip cancellation insurance covers the withheld amount in case of illness and other valid reasons.

If we cancel

If the minimum number of travellers is not reached, we tell you at least 20 days before departure and refund the full amount paid, or offer you another date.
