General terms

These are sample general terms of a demo agency. A real agency writes its own, under the Tourism Act and the package travel contract.

1. Booking

A booking is made with a signed contract and a paid deposit. By signing, the traveller confirms having received the standard information on the package trip and the programme.

2. Price

The price is per person and covers what is listed under „Included“. The contract price does not change, except where the law allows it and the contract names it.

3. Programme

The agency may swap the days of the programme when needed for safety or because of the weather, without dropping anything included.

4. Liability

The agency is responsible for the performance of every service in the package. Complaints are accepted at the office, by e-mail or through the group’s guide during the trip.

5. Disputes

Disputes are settled by mutual agreement or, failing that, under Bulgarian law.
