How booking works
Until we confirm the seats, you pay nothing.

Choose a trip and a departure date and send a request with the number of travellers.

Within one working day we confirm the free seats and the price.

We send the contract and the standard information on the package trip.

You pay a 30% deposit — the seats are yours; the balance up to 14 days before departure.
5
Three days before departure you get the instructions: time, place, documents, phone.

Questions
Before you book
Yes. We e-mail you the contract, and the deposit is paid by bank transfer.
Seats are given in the order of booking; front seats have a supplement where the date lists one.
We put you on the waiting list and call you as soon as a seat frees up.
Yes, up to seven days before departure — if the airline allows a name change.
